TIME MASTER FOUNDATIONS

The success or failure of any business rests ultimately on the bottom line: The ability to remain profitable and viable in the marketplace. Personal productivity and effectiveness impacts every area of business operation and management. Without effective and efficient operations, profits can be consumed by unnecessary expense and costly habits.

V-M Group can HELP! Our Foundations program provides practical strategies that immediately increase productivity in both your work and personal life.

Time Master Foundations develops the skills of Efficiency (getting things done with the least amount of effort) and Effectiveness (doing the right things) through a combination of 3 hours of theory followed by 5 hours of one-on-one coaching at each participant’s workstation. Our unique coaching approach provides crucial workplace support and significantly increases the likelihood of participants implementing changed workplace practices.

This program will provide participants with the basic framework for work organisation and planning and enable participants to identify time wasters and personal work habits that may be limiting their productivity and effectiveness. As a result of this program, participants will develop an understanding of some of the key areas of change on which they need to focus. Not only will they identify how to work more efficiently and effectively by themselves; they will also develop better practices for working with others.

Time Master Foundations provides participants with the following benefits:
  • Reduced time spent multiple-handling information (paper-based information and emails)
  • Reduction and better handling of interruptions resulting in time savings
  • Increased focus on priorities through more effective planning
  • Increased efficiency through being more organised and being able to find information (both paper and electronic) more rapidly
  • Reduced stress and more control through the implementation of improved workflow practices

Program Pricing

This program is offered at a fantastic all inclusive price. Please call our office for a quotation. The program is complemented with reader-friendly materials that participants can refer to during and after the program. The program fee includes one-on-one coaching for up to 5 people. For a group of 5 participants this represents excellent value! Additional one-on-one coaching can be purchased for $253.00 per hour.
