If you wish to withdraw completely, you can only receive a refund on your fees if you withdraw at least 7 days before classes have started. If you withdraw after the class start date, you will receive a refund only in certain circumstances (eg. illness, exceptional circumstances), as long as you can provide documentation such as a medical certificate supporting the refund request.

The V-M Learning Centre refund policy is fair and equitable and operates in accordance with the Training and Employment Act 2000.
Applications to the V-M Learning Centre for refunds must be made on the official Refund Request form [PDF].
- A refund may be approved when learning materials are returned in an unmarked condition within five weeks of their despatch. To apply, send materials together with a completed V-M Learning Centre Refund Request form [PDF] to our office. V-M will review your application and notify you of the result.
- A $12 administration charge applies to the refund application.
(Note: Each application can contain more than one subject withdrawal. However, if you make multiple withdrawal applications, those fees will be charged on each separate occasion.)
- There are no refunds for units of competency where assignments have been submitted, tutorial assistance has been given or workshops have been attended.
- Interstate charges are a non-refundable administration charge.
- Refunds are not available on the purchase price of the RPL kit.
